UK DELIVERY

Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday up to 4pm. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. 

Next Day delivery takes place on working days, an order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and can take 2-4 working days.

Next Day deliveries are usually via DPD but we may use a range of couriers.

We aim to despatch orders received before 3pm on the same business day. However, depending on stock availability and processing volumes this may not always be possible.

Unfortunately, Next Day delivery is not available for Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands.

All deliveries will require a signature on receipt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We can deliver to most Worldwide destinations.

We aim to deliver your order within 5-10 working days. However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 20 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept.

Orders placed outside the UK mainland are very likely to be charged import duties or taxes. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges, therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.

If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.
